We chose the area of the Pacific Beaches and particularly Punta Chame as it is an up and coming area of Panama. It is in the “Dry Arc” which is the area of Panama that receives the least amount of rain in the rainy season. It may rain for about an hour or so in the day a couple of times a week in the rainy season and then it clears up and the sun comes out. Punta Chame has 22 miles of white sand beaches and it is the first white sand beach you come to on the Pacific Coast as you come out of Panama City. We are approximately 40 minutes from the edge of Panama City. This area was virtually undiscovered until 2 years ago, and they have just completed the new road last year. We now have access to the beautiful beaches!
Due to the popularity of our rentals, we have also added other vacation rentals throughout Panama. These properties are also inspired by North American designs in order to achieve the ‘home away from home’ feel. A number of these properties are located on beautiful white sand beaches.
Working with reputable local developers, we have various options available for you if you are looking to invest in real estate in the area. Our one bedroom units are available at the price of $110,000 and another $11,500 for the furniture package which makes the unit totally turnkey. The two bedrooms are available for $169,900 and for another $15,500 you can have the furniture package to make the unit totally turnkey. We have mountain views and we are 10 minutes from the beach. There also is a rental management program in place if you are interested in renting your place out while you are away. We also have opportunities available in land banking in property in the highlands overlooking the ocean and only 1200 meters from the ocean. The views are spectacular.
